SHIPPING POLICY
Jim's Jigs produces and ships all product from its manufacturing facility and warehouse in Central Alberta, Canada.
We ship via Best Method depending on the size of the order and weight. Most orders ship with Canada Post. Orders usually ship in 3-7 business days.
We currently only accept and fill orders from Canada.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS
& EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are considered final by Jim's Jigs & Tackle unless the customer contacts us within 7 days upon receipt of order with a clear claim to the product being defective or incorrect from what they ordered (incorrect item, wrong colour, etc).
In all cases an exchange will be issued before a refund.
Please contact us BEFORE you attempt to return any items to confirm that your returned item will be accepted and a refund will be authorized. Failure to contact us will result in no refund or exchange.
