SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

SHIPPING POLICY

Jim's Jigs produces and ships all product from its manufacturing facility and warehouse in Central Alberta, Canada. We do not outsource orders to other locations, nor do we resell other company's products or act as a wholesaler or pass-through for orders produced elsewhere.

We ship via Best Method depending on the size of the order and weight. Orders that can be shipped complete and are in stock usually ship in 1-2 business days. Orders that can not be shipped complete will take longer. In all cases we strive to ship orders complete and in a reasonable time period.

We currently only accept and fill orders from Canada and The United States.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS 
& EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are considered final by Jim's Jigs unless the customer contacts us within 7 days upon receipt of order with a clear claim to the product being defective or incorrect from what they ordered (incorrect item, wrong quantity, etc).

In all cases an exchange will be issued before a refund.

 

Please contact us BEFORE you attempt to return any items to confirm that your returned item will be accepted and a refund will be authorized. Failure to contact us will result in no refund or exchange.

Orders can be cancelled BEFORE shipping (usually 1-2 business days). After shipment all orders are considered final.
