Where is my order shipped from?


All Jim's Jigs fishing products are made by us in Central Alberta, Canada. We do not outsource any orders or act as a reseller for companies located elsewhere. Orders are produced in-house and shipped direct from us to you, our valued customer.




How long will it take to ship my order?


In-stock orders usually ship in 1-2 business days. Orders that are out of stock will take longer. We try NOT to ship partial orders. If your order is very large and we do not have the necessary amount of product in stock to fill the order entirely, we will work diligently to produce what is necessary to complete your order in full before we ship it. Likewise, if you are ordering multiple items and one or more of the items is out of inventory, we will work to produce the items necessary to complete your order in full before we ship it. Shipping orders in full cuts down on confusion and shipping costs.




How is my order shipped?


Shipping methods depend on the size of the order. Small orders are shipped postal service ground. Larger orders or orders that are heavy, such as drift boat anchors, will ship best method common carrier, depending on the order and the destination. Freight / shipping costs are calculated based on order weight. If you have any questions about our shipping methods or the costs involved please contact us BEFORE you place your order.




Does Jim's Jigs have a return policy?


All orders are considered final unless there is a clear product defect or you receive the wrong order. Returns based on product defects need to be discussed with us before we agree on any returns.




Can Jim's Jigs produce and ship rush orders?


That depends on the size and type of order, but we do everything we can to accommodate the needs of our customers. Please contact us for details and shipping confirmation.




What countries does Jim's Jigs currently accept orders from?


We currently accept orders and ship to only Canada and The United States. We are working on accepting orders globally in the near future.




Can I cancel an order that has been placed?


Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped. Orders are usually shipped in 1-2 business days.




Do you have a privacy policy?


We do not share client information with any third parties, and your email or personal information will never be sold for marketing or sales purposes.
