All Jim's Jigs fishing products are made by us in Central Alberta, Canada. We do not outsource any orders or act as a reseller for companies located elsewhere. Orders are produced in-house and shipped direct from us to you, our valued customer.

In-stock orders usually ship in 3-7 business days.

Orders that are out of stock will take longer.

We try NOT to ship partial orders. If your order is very large and we do not have the necessary amount of product in stock to fill the order entirely, we will work diligently to produce what is necessary to complete your order in full before we ship it.

Likewise, if you are ordering multiple items and one or more of the items is out of inventory, we will work to produce the items necessary to complete your order in full before we ship it.

Shipping orders in full cuts down on confusion and shipping costs.

Shipping methods depend on the size and weight of the order. Average orders are shipped (Canada Post) postal service ground. Larger orders or orders that are heavy, such as drift boat anchors, will ship best method common carrier, depending on the order and the destination.

Freight / shipping costs are calculated based on order weight.

All orders are considered final unless there is a clear product defect or you receive the wrong order. Returns based on product defects need to be discussed with us before we agree on any returns.
